Our Training Ground is for athletes looking for explosive athletic training. The Training Ground was designed around rugby-inspired programming, built to make you a stronger, more explosive, and durable athlete for all sports. This ‘hard-hitting’ curriculum will feature plenty of compound strength & power exercises, including Olympic Lifts or their derivatives. Additional accessory exercises with higher rep ranges will also be used to add some body armour to your frame.
While we can progress or regress exercises, we recommend you already have a sound grasp of the basics: squatting, hip hinging, lunging, press, and rowing.
