Jordan McLeod

Associate Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jordan McLeod brings energy, experience, and elite athletic insight to Saltus Performance.

A graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Jordan is returning to UBC this fall to pursue her Master’s in Kinesiology. She has hands-on experience coaching in UBC’s varsity gym and was also a varsity athlete with the UBC Women’s Rugby team—continuing to pursue rugby at the senior national level with hopes of playing professionally.

Jordan discovered her passion for strength and conditioning through her own journey as an athlete. She thrives on helping others move better, get stronger, and build confidence. Her approach combines academic knowledge, real-world coaching, and lived experience as a high-performance athlete.

At Saltus, Jordan leads with empathy, precision, and purpose—motivating every female athlete to reach their full potential.
