How do I get started with personal training?
Step 1: Book An Inital Testing Session
High-Performance Athletic testing is essential to an athlete’s success at Saltus Performance. Regular monitoring of physical fitness and sport-specific performance is crucial, increasing the likelihood of success in competition.
Step 2: Decide on Your Monthly Training Plan
We’ll discuss and determine the best training plan for your goals and budget. Once you set your goals, we build a training routine and work on executing our strategy.
STEP 3: Monitor and Make Corrections
As our training sessions continue, we monitor and will improve your form and execution. Continue to grow and perform at your best.
Prefer to Train Online?

Looking to Train in a Group?

What else do I need to know?
No. It is optional but recommended for clients training for performance or who have very specific goals.
Monthly plans renew automatically every 28 days using your credit card stored securely in your Mindbody profile.
You and your coach will agree on a recurring weekly training timeslot prioritized in your coach’s schedule.
We have a 24-hour session cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited.
We understand schedules occasionally change. Please provide appropriate notice and coordinate directly with your coach. Your coach will make their best effort to accommodate your request based on availability.
Please contact us directly. We aim to support our clients during unexpected situations and will determine appropriate accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
If your coach must reschedule (due to illness, emergency, etc.) and no substitute is available, your session will roll forward and will not expire for up to 365 days — even if you are not currently enrolled in the monthly plan.
Saltus will make every effort to provide another qualified coach. If you prefer not to train with a substitute, we will work to reschedule sessions within your billing cycle, or roll them forward. In rare cases where accommodation is not possible, a credit may be issued.
Unused sessions accrued due to your changing schedule may roll forward for one additional 28-day cycle. You must be currently enrolled in the monthly plan for unused sessions to be eligible.
If enrolled in the 4-session/month plan and want more sessions, you may purchase additional sessions at your per-session rate. This is a good option if you’re unsure how many sessions you’ll need each month.
For very young athletes, or for those with a steeper learning curve, we suggest inquiring with us about our 1:1 personal training.
You may cancel anytime with at least 30 days notice prior to your next billing period. Cancellations within the 30-day window will result in a charge for the full next month.
Yes. You may cancel outright, or reserve your regular timeslot for a $50 / 28-day reservation fee. If you cancel, your timeslot will not be held.
Memberships are with Saltus Performance. If your coach becomes unavailable, another qualified coach will be assigned following a consultation about your preferences. If your usual timeslot cannot be accommodated, sessions roll forward for up to 365 days. If a coach becomes permanently unavailable, you may cancel without penalty.
