How does it work?
Step 1: Sign Up for the Speed Syndicate Camp
Select your preferred training frequency.
Step 2: STart of the Camp Performance Assessment
One of the first pillars of high-performance training is measurement. If you’re not assessing, you’re just guessing. Real results start with real data.
Step 3: Train Weekly to Increase Your Speed
Focused speed workouts with expert coaching. The speed training program may consist of: dynamic warm-up & sprint drills, acceleration & top end speed development, agility & change of direction training, resisted sprint work, plyometrics & light strength training.
Step 4: End OF THE CAMP PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
See your improvements through an end-of-camp performance assessment. Your coach will work with you so you understand your improvements and areas of weakness that you can continue to improve in the future.
